The three plans

Every plan carries the whole product, and paying for a bigger plan buys you more scans.

What a plan buys

A plan buys scans and nothing else. Every channel, every pricing rule, every import and the read-only API are on the Free plan too.

• Free gives you 500 scans a month.
• Pro gives you 1,500 scans a month.
• Ultra gives you 6,000 scans a month, and your tickets go to the top of our queue.

Each plan also caps how many scans you use in a day. The number is on Pricing.

Scans this period

Scans this period on Plan and billing counts what you have used against your scans a month, and says the day it resets.

Press your photo at the foot of the menu for the same number, on the Scans left row.

One scan is one card we read and price. See what a scan is.

Scans you earned

Earned scans are counted on their own. They never expire, and we use them after your monthly scans run out, not before.

Earn them on Free scans.
