My Card Wizard identifies sports cards from photos, prices them from completed eBay sales, and produces a ready-to-upload eBay listing file. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms.

You must be able to form a binding contract to use My Card Wizard, and you are responsible for the accuracy of any information you provide.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

Your inventory — the photos you upload and the cards, prices, and listings generated from them — is private to your account.

Prices shown in My Card Wizard are estimates based on completed eBay sales and comparable listings at the time a card is scanned. Markets move. We do not guarantee that a price shown will match what a card actually sells for, and My Card Wizard is not responsible for pricing decisions you make based on this information.

Card identification (player, year, set, parallel, and card number) is generated automatically from your photo and can be wrong, especially for hard-to-read foil or chrome cards. Always confirm a card's details before listing it for sale.

Don't use My Card Wizard to upload images you don't have the right to use, to attempt to disrupt or overload the service, or to attempt to access another user's inventory or account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that misuse the service.

My Card Wizard offers a free plan today. Paid plans, where offered, will show their price and what is included before you are charged. We will not change what you are charged for an existing plan without telling you first.

My Card Wizard pricing and listing features rely on data and services from third parties, including eBay. We don't control those services and aren't responsible for their availability, accuracy, or changes to their terms.

My Card Wizard is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including losses related to pricing accuracy or a listing you created from it.

We may update these terms as My Card Wizard changes. If we make a material change, we'll make a reasonable effort to let users know. Continuing to use My Card Wizard after a change means you accept the updated terms.
