Scan a box and have every card listed on eBay and Shopify in minutes. You spend your time buying and selling instead of typing.

What it does

My Card Wizard is for sellers who list a lot of cards at once. Run a stack of cards through a document scanner and drop the folder of scans into a batch. We read each scan and match it to the right card in our catalog. When we are not sure of a match, we mark the card Error and say why. With Scan Credit Return, a card marked Error on its first scan gives back its scan credit, up to a monthly limit. In a batch set to Fronts and backs, each back stays with its front and does not use a scan credit. We write a listing title for each card. Most cards also get a market price and a list price. You check and fix only the cards marked Error, then list hundreds of cards at once.

  • Bulk card recognition. We read the card name, the set and the card number from each scan and check them against our catalog. To fix a wrong card, pick the right one from Other matches or type its name and number, such as Jigglypuff 41. When a card was printed more than one way, you tick the finish you hold, and the price follows.
  • Listings filled in. Each card gets a title from your template. Your pricing rules turn its market price into a list price.
  • Auto Cross-List. One run lists a card on eBay and Shopify, and Auto Sold Sync ends the other listing when it sells.
  • Auto Price Sync. Your live eBay listings follow the TCGplayer market price daily or weekly, and never go below the floor price you set.
  • Price Check. See every live eBay listing, with the ones above or below the price your pricing rule gives from the market price marked.
  • Quick List. List a whole set straight from the catalog, using the catalog photo instead of a scan.
  • Pull Sheet. When a card sells on eBay, the Pull Sheet lists it with what it sold for. It also names the batch the card is in and its number in the scan order. You mark each card pulled as you take it off the shelf. You can print the sheet or download it as a CSV.
  • Sorter Import. Turn files from CardBot, ROCA, Magic Sorter, ManaBox, PhyzBatch and Storepass into listings. TCG Machines makes the PhyzBatch card sorter, and its website lists My Card Wizard as one of the tools a PhyzBatch can upload to.
  • Slab Read. We read the grade and cert number from PSA, CGC, BGS, SGC and TAG labels.

Prices

Card game prices come from the TCGplayer market price for the same card and finish. Some cards have no market price, and you set the list price for those. Every card we read a name from has two eBay links. Open on eBay shows the listings of that card that already sold. For sale on eBay shows the listings of that card for sale now.

What do I scan?

Put the whole stack of cards through a document scanner, fronts up. Each scan is one card. In a batch set to Fronts and backs, each back stays with its front and does not use a scan credit. In a Fronts only card game batch, we skip a scan of a card back and give its scan credit back.

Where do the prices come from?

Card game prices come from the TCGplayer market price for the same card and finish. One click opens the same search on eBay so you can compare.

What is Auto Cross-List?

Auto Cross-List puts each card on eBay and Shopify in one List cards run. When a card sells on one channel, we end its listing on the other. Auto Cross-List is on the Pro and Ultra plans.

How do I know each card is right?

We check every card we read against our catalog. When we are not sure of a card, we mark it Error and say why. With Scan Credit Return, that card gives back its scan credit, up to a monthly limit. You check those cards instead of the whole box. To fix one, pick the right card from Other matches or type its name and number, such as Jigglypuff 41.

Which eBay site do you list on?

We list on eBay.com, the US site, and every listing price is in US dollars. We do not list on other eBay sites, such as eBay UK. Stripe bills every plan in US dollars too.

How does the free trial work?

Beginner is free for 14 days. You add a payment card to start, and we email you 3 days before the trial ends. If you keep it, Stripe charges the Beginner price plus tax and the plan renews until you cancel. Cancel before the trial ends and you pay nothing. Pro and Ultra have no trial, and Stripe charges the plan price on the day you subscribe.

Can I cancel?

Yes. You can cancel at any time from Plan and billing. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for, and you are not charged again. Payments already made are not refunded.
