Paying for a plan and cancelling one
Stripe handles the card and the plan, and cancelling deletes nothing of yours.
Change plan and Manage in Stripe both open Stripe, which is where the card and the subscription live. We never see your card number.
A cancelled plan runs to the end of the period you paid for, and the page says the date.
After that the account is Free and your cards stay exactly where they are.
Nothing is deleted when a plan ends. You keep every card, batch and listing. You get fewer scans a month.
Payments and invoices
The next payment, its date, the card on file and your last invoices are in the Payment and invoices block on Plan and billing. Every invoice has a PDF.
Past due means Stripe could not take the payment. It retries on the date shown, and the plan pauses after that.
