Sold Sync
Sold Sync takes a card off one channel when it sells on the other.
Sold Sync reads your recent orders every twenty minutes and marks the sold cards for you.
Turning it on
- Open eBay tools.
- Switch on Sold Sync. It is also on the eBay settings page.
A connection made before eBay had that permission cannot read orders, and Listings asks you to reconnect. That takes one click and changes nothing else.
Both directions
- When a card sells on eBay and the same card is on Shopify, we drop the Shopify quantity by what sold. We archive that product when it reaches zero.
- When a card sells on Shopify, we drop the eBay quantity the same way. We withdraw the eBay listing when it reaches zero.
Sold Sync is what makes Cross-List safe, so Cross-List needs it switched on.
The sweep runs every twenty minutes, so a card can be buyable in both places for that long after it sells.
