Pull Sheet

The Pull Sheet is the list of sold cards you carry to the shelves, with the cards still to find at the top.

After cards sell, you have to find each one on the shelf. Cards sold on eBay show on the Pull Sheet tab in Listings, with what they sold for.

Why not the orders screen

1. It puts the cards you still have to find first, and the most expensive card first among them.
2. When you import an eBay orders file, it marks a quantity above one. Pulling one card of two is the most common picking mistake.
3. Each row is the card itself, so the price on it is what the buyer paid, and the order number sits beside it.

Ticking off

Press Mark pulled on each one as you find it, or Mark all pulled when the pile is done. Undo puts one back.

A pulled card stays pulled on every device, because the tick is saved on the card rather than in this browser.

Where each card is

Each row names the batch the card came from and its place in that batch, such as Card 37 in Hidden Fates. The place is the order the card went through your scanner.

Keep each batch in a box, in the order you scanned it. Then Card 37 is the 37th card in that box, and you never sort or file anything.

Pick Batch order in Sort to walk the boxes in order. A card scanned before 25 September 2026 has no place, so its row names the batch only.

Combining two batches keeps each card at the place it was scanned, so two cards in the combined batch can share a number.

Print or download the Pull Sheet

Press Print for a paper list of the cards still to pull. Press Download CSV for a spreadsheet of every row.

Import orders file

eBay only tells us about an order if your connection has the orders permission. If it does not, export your orders from eBay and press Import orders file.

Choose the CSV of your eBay orders. We match its SKU to the cards listed from your batches. Not scanned here counts rows we could not match.

We read the orders file in your browser. It is never sent to us.
