General settings

General sets how a batch opens, how the table and the menu look, and which notifications you get.

General is the first pane of Settings. Each choice takes effect on the next screen you open.

Batches

• A batch opens in either Table or Card view.
• A row click opens either the panel beside the table or Card view.
• Table rows are Comfortable or Compact. Compact fits more cards on the screen.
• Separate online and in-person batches is off until you turn it on.

With that last one on, the batch form and Batch settings ask where a batch sells. Batches gains a Where filter, and Analytics adds a table for the two.

It is only a label and a filter. An in-person batch lists everywhere an online one does.

Menu

Menu starts either Expanded or Collapsed to the icons. The collapse button in the menu writes the same choice.

Notifications shows you every notification, or only the problems.

Help

Info buttons set to off takes every info button off every screen. The guides stay where they are.

Desktop notifications

Batch finished scanning makes your browser show a notice when a batch ends in a tab you are not looking at. Your browser asks you first, and it can refuse.
