Getting in touch
There are four ways to reach us, and a support ticket is the one that gets a reply.
Opening a support ticket
Open one on Support. It asks three things, and a star marks each one as required. Say what it is about, give it a subject, and say what happened.
You get a reference like MCW-A1B2C3D4. The reply arrives by email and sits in the ticket, so the whole conversation is in one place.
- Waiting on us means we have not answered yet.
- We replied means there is an answer to read.
- Closed means the ticket is finished. Writing below reopens it.
There is no queue of agents. It is the two people who build this, and one of them answers within a day.
Telling us something
- Report a bug and say what you were doing and what happened instead.
- Request a feature and say what you are trying to get done.
- Feedback takes anything else on your mind.
Those three are notes about the product and get no reply. Each form links to Support, which is the one that replies.
