Exporting cards to Square

Download a file of your cards and prices for your Square item library.

Download the file

Open Square export under Exports in Tools. Pick a batch, then choose Ready or All.

1. Check the cards and prices in the table.
2. Press Export cards to download the file.
3. Import the file into your Square item library.

The file uses each card’s saved list price and your description template. It does not change your prices.

Cards left out

A card without a price is left out. A card already listed on another channel is also left out.

After downloading

Downloading marks the cards as listed on Square here. You still need to import the file into Square.
