Table view
Table view draws one row per card and puts the market price beside the list price.
Table view shows the market price next to the list price on each row, so a bad number stands out without opening anything.
Two views
- Table view is this view. Use it to do the same thing to a lot of cards at once.
- Card view draws one card at a time, big. Use it for cards with errors.
One control at the top of the batch switches between them.
Opening a card
Press Edit and the card opens in a panel beside the table. On a phone it opens in a sheet as wide as the screen, with its own close button at the top.
Previous and Next at the foot of the panel walk the table in the order you see it. The arrow keys do the same. Escape closes the panel.
The tick box, Edit, Remove, Front and Matched stay against the left edge while the rest of the table scrolls sideways. On a phone only the tick box and Front stay.
The bin in the Remove column asks Remove this card? before it removes anything. Enter answers Remove, and Escape backs out.
Swap front and back is in the row menu of a card with a back scan. We read the other side as the front.
In a batch with back scans, Fix pairs beside Add cards puts each scan on its card. Fixing a card we read wrong says how.
Columns and density
The Columns button is the icon beside Sort. It chooses which columns show, and holds Rows: Comfortable or Compact. It is the same setting as Table rows in General.
Comfortable fits eight cards in the table at once, and the pictures fill the height of each row.
Compact makes the rows shorter, so a tall window fits up to twelve cards.
A short window fits fewer cards, because a row is never shorter than a title on three lines.
A new batch opens with the two pictures, Title, Status, Ready, the two prices, Condition, Finish and Edition. Turn on the rest in Columns. The table keeps your choice while the tab stays open.
Status, Finish and List price sit right after Title, so the things to check are beside the card's name. Ready ticks one card. Reason is off until you turn it on, and it names what a card with an error still needs.
Title, list price, market price, quantity, card name, set, number and year are boxes you can type in. The other card facts are pickers in the cell.
Quantity, Card name, Set, Number and Year start off. Turn them on in Columns to type in them.
A list price under eBay's $0.99 carries a warning mark. Tick those cards and press Raise to $0.99. Undo puts the old prices back.
A cell saves the same answer the card panel saves. One thing differs. Change a card name in the panel and the panel offers a new price. Change it in a cell and no new price is offered.
Put the pointer on Front and your scan shows big beside the row. Put it on Matched and the catalog card shows. It goes away when the pointer leaves.
Click Front or Matched to open the photo full size.
While the scans load
Every scan and every catalog photo shows a wheel until it has loaded.
In a big batch the table ends at a loading wheel, with a few grey rows above it. Scrolling stops there while the next cards come in. Keep scrolling and the wheel moves down on its own.
Scroll back up and the cards you have already seen are still there. The list in Card view works the same way.
