Finding cards with errors

Cards with errors sit at the top of every batch, and the Filter button narrows the list further.

What comes first

Cards with errors come first. Cards that cannot list lead, then cards with no price, then cards we are less sure of. The cards we are sure of come last.

Cards with errors stay at the top, and everything below them can be approved together.

A batch opens on every card, and each status gets its own divider with its own count. Errors come first, then Draft, then Ready, then Listed.

Every card carries a coloured line down its left edge, so you can read its state without looking at the Status column.

The Sort button changes the order inside each status. Pick a group, then pick the answer you want. Title, longest first puts the titles eBay would cut at the top.

While a batch is still scanning, the order holds still. Cards fill in where they are instead of jumping about.

The Filter button

Filter holds every way to narrow the batch. Rest the pointer on a row and its answers open to the side.

Status is the first row. Pick Error to see only the cards that need an answer from you, and All to see the batch again. Each answer carries its own count.

Reason narrows the errors further, so you can clear every card that needs a price in one pass.

Reason has Card back, for the cards we read from the back.

To check finds the cards to look at before you list them. It covers a finish or an edition we picked, a sports parallel we priced, a sports price from very few listings, a scan that shows foil, a list price under eBay's $0.99, and a language we changed.

Mark ready asks first when a ticked card has a finish we picked. Show them narrows the table to those cards.

Set, Finish, Edition, Condition and List price narrow the batch the same way.

Narrowing to one status removes the dividers, because every card on screen is in that status.

Search matches the card name, the set and the title at once. It also finds an Unnamed card by the file name under it.

A filter changes what you see, never what is in the batch. Each one you pick shows as a chip under the toolbar, and the chip removes it.

Card view has the same toolbar above its card list. The search, the filters and the sort stay the same when you switch views.

Ticking a row replaces the table toolbar with the bulk bar until you clear the selection.
