Pricing part of a batch by rule

You can price part of a batch by rule, and the dialog shows every price before and after.

Pricing a selection by rule

1. Tick some rows, pick More, then Price these cards.
2. Pick a method. You can move the market price up or down by an amount, move the list price up or down by an amount, or use one of your saved pricing rules.
3. Read the dialog. It shows the price of every ticked card before and after, and how many it will skip.

A card with no market price is skipped, never priced. The dialog counts those separately.

Amount and Floor price take a dollar sign and a comma. We read $4.50, 4,50 and 4.50 as the same number.
