Approving one card

Mark ready says you checked the card and it can list, and Hold stops a card until you release it.

Marking a card ready

Mark ready is you saying the card is right.

A Ready card goes out the next time you press List cards. Nothing lists before that.

Enter marks the card ready and moves to the next one. On a card that cannot list, it stops and says what is missing.

Move to draft takes a Ready card back to Draft.

To approve a lot at once, use Mark ready in the table, or the Ready box on each row.

Hold and Release hold

Hold stops any card until you press Release hold. The pill reads On hold, and the card counts as one to review.

Nothing moves a card on hold for you, and no bulk action reaches it.

Use Hold for a card you have to look up, or for one you have taken out of the batch.
