Approving one card

Mark ready says you checked the card and it can list. Mark as error stops it from listing until you check it.

Marking a card ready

Mark ready is you saying the card is right.

A Ready card goes out the next time you press List cards. Nothing lists before that.

Enter marks the card ready and moves to the next one. Missing details stop it and show what to fix. If you moved the card to Error, press Move to draft first.

Move to draft takes a Ready card back to Draft.

To approve a lot at once, use Mark ready in the table, or the Ready box on each row.

Marking a card as an error

Mark as error stops a card from listing and removes its ready mark. Use it for a card you need to look up or check later.

The state reads Error. Pick Filter, then Status, then Error to see it with every card that needs an answer.

Move to draft clears your review request without marking the card ready. If details are still missing, the card stays in Error and tells you what to fix.

Moving a card between these states does not end a live listing.
