Getting help inside the app

The app answers most questions with an info button, a search box and a support ticket.

Most labels have a small info button beside them. Press it for one or two sentences and a link to the guide for that thing.

Searching these guides

The search box at the top of the guides matches titles and headings. Type what you are trying to do, and press Clear search to get the whole list back.

Asking a person

Open a ticket on Support. One of the two people who build this answers within a day.

Feedback is for a note about the product and gets no reply. A ticket gets one.
