Pricing bands

Bands let you charge differently for a 50 cent common and a $400 chase card.

What a band does

A band covers one range of market prices.

Inside that range it can add a percentage, add a flat amount, hold a floor, and round up to an ending like .99.

The usual shape is a big percentage on cheap cards, where fees and postage eat everything, and a thin one on expensive cards.

Bands live on Templates and pricing and apply to your whole account.

Which number picks the band

The condition-adjusted price picks the band. The price your own rule made never picks it.

A rule fed its own output would price a batch up twice, and then nobody could say what the number means.
