One Magic card has many printings, and the printing is most of what it is worth.

Magic is the easiest game to price wrong. A card printed twenty times over thirty years is twenty different prices.

What decides the price

• The set matters most. An old printing and a recent reprint sell in unrelated markets.
• The finish is Non-Foil, Foil or Etched Foil. Pick the one you hold, because a blank finish is priced as the Non-Foil printing.
• The treatment matters too. Borderless, extended art and showcase are separate cards with their own numbers.

The treatment is its own card

Showcase, Borderless, Extended Art, Retro Frame and Full Art are frames the same card was printed in. Each one carries its own collector number, so each one is a separate card at a separate price.

The catalog fills the Treatment row in for you from the card it matched. The word goes in your eBay title and in the item specifics buyers filter on.

Change the Treatment row when the matched card has the wrong frame. Set it to None when you are holding the plain card.

When the catalog holds two cards at one set and number, the card panel shows a Version row. Pick the one you hold.
