Which photos go on a listing

You choose whether a listing carries your scans, the catalog photo or both, and at what size.

The List cards dialog asks which photos go out. Your scans go out at the size you pick, not at the small size the screens draw.

The catalog photo is what we matched your scan against. Pick both when you want a clean catalog photo and proof of the copy you are selling.

Photo size

Large sends the 1600 pixel copy of each scan. Medium sends the 720 pixel copy.

Large is the default, and we remember what you picked for next time.

A file for Whatnot, Shopify or WooCommerce always carries the Large copy, whichever size you pick.

Cropping a listing photo

In the Check step, press Crop on a scan in the Listing preview. Drag the corners, then press Save crop.

The crop goes out on every listing of that card. Remove crop puts the whole scan back.

The listing preview

The Check step shows one card the way a buyer will see it. You get the photos in order, then the title, the list price, the condition and the quantity. Click a row in the Check table to preview that card.

Your own photo on every listing

You can add one photo of your own to every eBay listing. Set it on the eBay connection page, and we add it after the card scan. Sellers use it for a shop banner, a grading scale or a shipping note.
