The batch cards
Each batch is drawn as a card that says what state it is in and how many cards it holds.
Batches draws every batch you have, one card each. Click the name to open it.
What a batch card says
The card shows the name, then the category, the language and how many cards are in the batch.
The pill reads Empty, Scanning, Listed, or "N of M ready", and beside it is what those cards are worth.
Under that, four figures count the cards in the batch. They are To review, Draft, Ready and Listed. The day the batch started is at the foot.
The menu on a batch card
Press beside the name. Everything a batch can do is there.
- Add cards. Drop more scans into this batch.
- List cards. Opens the batch with the List cards dialog ready.
- Rename. Type the new name over the old one and press Enter.
- Batch settings. The category, the language and the defaults the batch was made with.
- Mark listed. This records that you sold the batch somewhere we cannot see. It lists nothing.
- Listed on. This names the channels the batch went to, once you have marked it listed.
- Download CSV. Every card in the batch as a file.
- Delete batch. It asks first, and names how many cards go.
Search and the Show filter appear once you have nine batches. Sort appears once you have twenty-five.
Turn on Separate online and in-person batches in General and a second filter, Where, sits beside Show. An in-person batch then says In person on its card.
Before your first batch
Until you make a batch, the page says hello using the first name you typed at sign-up.
Until your first card is listed, a link to a short video and three guides sit under the batch cards.
The figures for your whole account are on Analytics.
